My daughter and I love it here. The staff are lovely and the rooms are bright and full of fun for the kiddos. From day one my daughter was extremely comfortable to be left in the care of Uma and others that work there. They have a wonderful approach towards orientation and are very flexible and happy to work with yours and your children’s needs. I also really love the emphasis on sustainability and gardening. They have a great garden area as well as compost bins etc. The outdoor areas are wonderful and I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I love how all the staff at Alpina street ELC are very welcoming and have the best interests for all the children at heart. I started orientation 2 weeks ago for my daughter, who has never been In care before. Im really happy with the way she is settling in and how quickly she bonded with the wonderful staff. My daughter can't wait to start this week. Thanks again ladies.

I am beyond happy with Alpina Street ELC. My son has never been in care before and after a week of orientation, had a wonderful first day, settling in better than I expected which is full credit to the wonderful director and staff. The photos and communication from staff are amazing and I can't wait to see him continue to thrive in his new learning environment under the care of such warm and welcoming educators. The centre is bright and colourful and the rooms have been set up with so much purpose. From the minute we entered the room on day one, my son couldn't wait to explore and it made me feel so comfortable leaving him, knowing he would be challenged and stimulated in such a beautiful environment. The outdoor environment is absolutely amazing - the best I've seen! You can tell instantly how passionate the staff are about their role and that they have genuine interest and care for each and every single child. Thank you Alpina ELC!

Alpina St ELC, what a wonderful gem of the Frankston community! Our son is enjoying the wonderful facilities and the educators have been so kind and nurturing. They have made the transition process easier for the both of us and we are enjoying the new friendships and connections being made. I am absolutely loving this centre, it is a beautiful facility very clean and well kept, but the staff is definitely what makes this centre a truly amazing place to trustingly leaving your baby knowing everything will be okay, the staff have a great system to communicate with the parents and update the parents with pictures and comments almost daily. I’ve noticed that the staff follow through with all the comments parents have and take everything on board in a very positive way. I’m very happy my child loves it there and hates leaving every time!

My son has attended Alpina Street ELC since they opened when he was 7 months old. The staff were super accommodating and welcoming to myself and my son. They adopted his routines and followed along with them to make his transition into childcare very smooth. Their director is very knowledgeable and invites parents to learn about how the centre operates and the protocols and procedures. Always very transparent. Our room leader Courtney is very caring and considerate to my son and interacts with him in a kind and educational manner. All the staff are very easy to Communicate with and welcome parental input which I appreciate.

Loving Alpina Street ELC and happy we made the move. My daughter is absolutely loving it and it's a struggle to get her home, as she doesnt want to leave. The staff are warm and friendly and the communication is amazing! I get daily updates, pictures text through and a communication book about her day. Being under New Management they are so open and welcome to any feedback and take all suggestions on board. My daughter LOVES their extensive outdoor play area and the facilities are all new, bright and well looked after. Its a pleasure dealing with Palli and her team and I look forward to seeing my daughter grow and develop in their care.

My daughter Jasmine really loves going to child care. She is nearly four and she’s in the pre-kinder room. The teacher is caring and the room has a lot of educational toys for kids . Thank you teachers and staff for looking after my daughter very well

We were very fortunate to be one of the first families starting at Alpina Street when it first opened. From our very first day my two youngest boys have absolutely loved going. They had never been to daycare before or away from myself for any extended period of time, but the comfort and attention they have received has made the process extremely easy and they are positively thriving. Thankyou so much ladies!

We are absolutely loving Alpina street ELC. After having our son in a centre for a year and a half were he would have good and bad days, we were surprised to see that he had settled in a matter of days! The rooms are spacious and full of toys and crafts, I love that the 2-3 year old room has a tap so the kids are able to get a drink if they want. Love giving them some independence and responsibility. The babies room is probably my favourite it is light and colourful! No shoes in the babies room is such a good idea, I love knowing that my little girl isn’t putting nasties into her mouth. The outdoors area was a massive selling point for us, awesome playground and lots of outdoors toys, cars, diggers, mud kitchen, bark pit, sandpit and heaps of running room! We’re excited to see the kids help with planting the vegetable garden around the back! Communication is way way way more than we ever received at our previous centre and I love getting updates and photos of my bubbas during the day. The staff are all very lovely and welcoming and have no issue taking anything I say onboard and explain things to me if I have any questions. We are very thankful to the staff, they have put us at complete ease! Can’t wait to see how much my babies grow and learn here!
