I have been in the childcare industry for nine years now and my passion is to provide quality childcare with a safe and secure environment, that feels like a home away from home.

I believe that working together with families and the wider community, we are the foundation on which each child's holistic development is based on.

I believe in looking at the children as individuals and observing them on their learning journeys each day.

I have always had a passion for supporting and helping children to develop into independent learners, however they have taught me so much about discovery, imagination, curiosity, joy, and the never ending journey of learning.

I have learned so much from their investment in exploration and am committed to supporting and growing with them.

I feel that my job is so rewarding in so many different ways, seeing each child develop and succeed at their own individual pace and to know that I have been a part of that process.

I believe that children are capable and competent.as an educator I feel it is my role to support and encourage children in all aspects of their learning and development.

Children have the right to feel safe and comfortable within their environment having access to fresh , healthy foods and being provided with a clean and tidy environment.

I believe in learning with children, following their interests and ideas to support and scaffold the way they begin to understand the world in which they live.
