North Gateway World Of Learning Langwarrin

We are a purpose built childcare centre that caters to the needs of children aged from birth to six years.

For your convenience, our centre provides breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack to ensure your child has the adequate nutrition for the day ahead.

This time is used to evaluate the previous program and change, extend or add new experiences and activities for the following week.

This is a time when the carer encourages children to join in, thus developing self esteem, patience, turn taking, attention span and the ability to be part of a group.

I have 11 years' experience in the industry and have held a range of positions including Group Leader, 2IC and Centre Director What is your favourite part of working at the centre?

Having the opportunity to make a difference to each child's early years of life and education while working alongside a dedicated team of educators that have a fantastic team spirit and invest in each child's wellbeing to scaffold our children's development and learning, while creating a home away from home environment.

Experiences such as music, movement, dance, storytelling, visual arts, media and drama help children to use language to negotiate, extend speech and interact with other children as well as sharing their diverse background.

I believe that with support and guidance, every individual child has the ability to scaffold their own learning and to broaden their understanding of the world around them.
