The childcare subsidy calculator above also calculates the childcare fees you pay - weekly, quarterly and annually.
When calculating this figure, it considers the childcare rate for all of your children, as well as the average time they spend in childcare.
Be aware that this is an estimation. The actual figure will vary depending on the amount of childcare actually attended by your child.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth up to and including school children. This service is approved to provide education and care to a maximum of 15 school children at any one time, during school holidays only. The approved provider must ensure that the mirrors, CCTV cameras and monitors, and iPads installed at the service are constantly maintained and operational. The approved provider must not educate and care for more than 24 children aged 0-24 months at any one time. As part of the requirement to conduct three (3) monthly emergency and evacuation procedures rehearsals in accordance with regulation 97(3) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations the approved provider must, from the date of the initial service approval, engage an appropriate expert in emergency procedures, a fire safety advisor or fire safety engineer to observe and report on one rehearsal (including any proposed actions to improve evacuation procedures) within the first three months of the services operation, and then at least annually thereafter. A copy of the initial (within three (3) months) and the annual evacuation outcome report, including any recommendations for actioning, is to be supplied to the Regional Office of the Regulatory Authority in which the service is located within seven (7) days upon receipt of the report by the approved provider. Planter boxes and plants located along or near the edges of the childrens outdoor play areas of the service are to be monitored by the approved provider regularly and any unacceptable risks posed by potential climbing hazards must be addressed immediately by the approved provider. An adequate amount of healthy live plants in a variety of species and sizes is maintained at all times, in the childrens outdoor play areas across the service premises, ensuring children are afforded opportunities to explore and experience the features of a natural environment as required under Regulation 113 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
