 After my daughter Charlotte turned 1 we had to make the difficult choice of finding an early learning centre as we needed to return to full time work.  From the outset the staff at Cuddly Bear Templestowe made the choice far less overwhelming and set our mind at ease.  I have found the staff to be incredibly friendly, professional and they always put the needs of the children at the forefront.  Now well into her second year of attendance we have never had any regrets in making this decision. 

My daughter loves her days at Cuddly Bear Templestowe, she loves the yummy food and regales me with tales of the activities she has taken part in.  The staff always keep me updated on her day’s activities, whether when I call to check on her, or through the daily updates online via Story Park.

I couldn’t recommend Cuddly Bear Templestowe any higher, and I’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all the hard working staff who take care of my little girl and fill her days with fun and learning.

We absolutely love cuddly bear. The staff are very kind and very attentive to the kids.

My daughter has been attending here since she was 5 months old and it was the best decision I made for her. She's now in her last year and all ready for school. The management and staff have always been helpful and very attentive to the children. Having the swim school next door has also been a great perk as they had programs during childcare hours each term. Can't speak more highly of them and will be coming back for visits once my daughter is at school.

I am very lucky little girl to have been looked after and cared for while mummy has been at work. I have had the best time with you all and I’m going to miss you lots and lots….Thank you for helping me on my way to being a big girl, coming from the toddlers to being thought lots of new and fun things. Not forgetting the early staff shifts who make the best cornflakes and making my hair look super pretty!!

I have made lots of friends and I will be sad to leave, but you will see me again at the Christmas concert and I promise to drop in when I’m a BIG School girl.

Today we come to the end of a 5 year journey which seen our son Christopher grow from a baby right through to his first day school.

Cuddly Bear staff have been there right through this journey, helping teach Christopher to be the loving, caring young boy that he is today. Knowing that a team of loving, caring ladies have always been beside us has made it a joyful and easy journey for all our family and from the bottom of our hearts we thank each and every one of you.

To Bec, Pas and Jenna and owners of Cuddly Bear, you have proven year after year that you recruit best staff and we thank you for ensuring we can have absolute trust in all your staff, we all will miss you.

Thanks for the journey, you guys have been instrumental in both the boys development from a young age, you’ve formed, set and reinforced an exciting & positive mindset in both the boys respectively for learning moving forward which will be detrimental to the way they view, interpret & respond to their education paths in the coming years. Most importantly though every time I pick the boys up no matter how difficult the mornings may be, they are always smiling so I can’t thank Cuddly bear enough!

I have no idea how you got the kids to cooperate on such a large scale, it must have taken so much work. 10 years ago I walked into Cuddly Bear and was looking for childcare for my unborn child. As a first time parent I was very apprehensive about putting my child in child care, but as I was returning to work I needed too.

I needn't have worried. My son started here at just 2 months old. The girls were fantastic!!! Not only did they put up with me calling 3 times a day, they took fantastic care of William.

I loved reading about his day in his communication book and I cherish all 6 communications books that I have of his. Not even as a stay at home mum do you have a day to day written collection of all the wonderful things your children gets up to, even what they ate on any given day. I'm sure they will prove useful at his 21st!!!

I have had both of my children go through Cuddly Bear, and what a delight it was to have the same girls who took care of William, take care of my other son Jakob when he was a baby. How rare it is to have a child care centre retain the same staff for years. I think that speaks for itself. Having had my boys at Cuddly Bear for a total of 7 years, I had to move house and change their child care. Having had used a different child care centre for the remainder of Jakob's care before school, they had big shoes to fill. Unfortunately nothing compared to Cuddly Bear.

I cannot speak more highly of the girls that work there. Not only did they take fantastic care of my boys but they were always there to lend an ear if I had had a bad day. They were also great at offering expert advice on raising children.

I am eternally grateful to Cuddly Bear for providing fantastic care of my boys over the years. My boys still talk about their time at Cuddly Bear, even though they are 9 and 6 years old now.

I cannot recommend them more highly to any parent who is thinking of putting their child in child care. 6 Stars all the way!!!!!!!!!
