The approved provider must ensure that no outdoor play equipment is placed closer than 1.9m to the perimeter fencing. The approved provider is required to make arrangements within 3 months of approval being granted with the relevant regional office to arrange attendance when the service will conduct a rehearsal of the emergency and evacuation procedures in accordance with regulation 97(3)(a) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011. The approved provider must review and revise the services policy and procedures by 15 May 2017 in relation to the induction of all staff members including, the nominated supervisor, educational leaders and all educators employed, appointed or engaged by the approved provider, to ensure that the policies and procedures are implemented and followed ; andProvide the Department with proof of the completion of the review within 7 days of completion The approved provider must provide training to the nominated supervisor, educational leaders and all educators employed, appointed or engaged by the service to ensure that they have a clear understanding of service policies and procedures including: All policies and procedures outlined in regulation 168; and Any additional policies imposed as conditions on your service approval by 15 May 2017; andProvide the Department with proof of the completion of the training within 7 days of completion.
