Sales pipeline report

A summary of all leads within Occupancy CRM+ showing the stage of each lead. This report can be broken into individual stages within the sales pipeline. Date ranges can be assigned to focus the report further.

Activity report

A breakdown of leads showing the stage of each lead. Visual charts indicate the source of each lead (eg/ whether the lead was a phone call, email, walk-in, or other source) and also the stage of each lead. Separated into the current month and the previous month.
The activity report also displays a breakdown of calls, emails, notes, completed tasks and stage updates.

The sales funnel

Accessible on the dashboard, the sales funnel provides a visual representation of each opportunity – or lead. It’s where you see the progression of leads. There are different stages, allowing for effectively tracking leads.
