Sales pipeline report
A summary of all leads within Vacancy.care CRM showing the stage of each lead. This report can be broken into individual stages within the sales pipeline. Date ranges can be changed to further narrow down the report.
Activity report
A breakdown of leads showing the stage of each lead. Visual charts indicate the source of each lead (i.e. whether the lead was a phone call, email, walk-in, or other source) and also the stage of each lead. Separated into the current month and the previous month.
The activity report also displays a breakdown of calls, emails, notes, completed tasks and stage updates.
The sales funnel
Accessible on the dashboard, the sales funnel provides a visual representation of each opportunity – or lead. Listed under different sales stages, one can easily track and see the progression of leads and prioritize which to act on first.
